Frequently Asked Questions

Fast answers for account, workspace, billing, and AI review questions.

Where do I find my projects?

The dashboard is the home base for continuing drafts, creating new projects, restoring recently deleted work, and checking usage.

Does AI write the story for me?

Saga Spark focuses on review and continuity support. AI suggestions can help you spot issues, but the story choices and final prose stay yours.

Can Saga Spark help me plot or outline a story?

Yes. Saga Spark includes plotting templates and story structure templates you can use as guides for outlining, beat mapping, and series planning without locking the draft into a rigid process.

Where are billing controls?

Open Account, then Billing. You can review the active plan, usage limits, and subscription management from there.

What is the difference between Free, Trial, Starter, and Pro?

Free is the lightest starting point. Trial is a one-time 14-day evaluation window with more room and premium tools enabled. Starter raises the active project cap and AI review room for regular writing. Pro is the largest tier, with the highest project allowance, the broadest review room, and Series Tracker access.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Trial accounts fall back to Free unless you choose a paid plan. Existing projects remain available even if the lower plan has a smaller active-project cap.

What happens if I am over my project cap?

Saga Spark does not hide or delete existing projects when you are over cap. It blocks only new project creation until you archive, delete, or upgrade.

Do review limits reset?

Yes. Review allowances are tracked monthly, and the monthly window resets automatically. Project caps and review caps are separate.

Where should I learn the app?

Use the Manual for searchable help topics, or open quick help from the header when you want guidance without leaving the current page.
