Why didn't Google send the 3-number prompt on mobile?
The three-number challenge is part of Google's own account security flow, and on mobile it can fail to surface in some browsers or app-contained webviews.

Back to manual- The three-number challenge is part of Google's own account security flow, and on mobile it can fail to surface in some browsers or app-contained webviews.
- If Google asks you to approve the sign-in with 'Yes, it's me' and then asks you to choose one of three numbers, that step is coming from Google rather than from Saga Spark.
- When the number challenge never appears, the most common cause is that the sign-in started inside an in-app browser or a mobile browser state that does not hand off the prompt cleanly to your Google session.
- Try opening Saga Spark directly in Chrome on Android or Safari/Chrome on iPhone instead of from an email app, social app, or other in-app browser.
- If the prompt still does not arrive, sign in to your Google account in the browser first, then retry Google sign-in here, or use email/password sign-in instead.
